The warehouse is fully equipped with a full-process digital management system, including a professional ERP system, WMS warehouse management system and automatic sorting equipment. It realizes intelligent scheduling of the entire process from warehousing scanning, intelligent positioning, automatic sorting, packaging review to outbound verification, which is fully traceable and supervisable. This effectively eliminates problems such as missing, wrong and over-delivery, and the order accuracy rate reaches more than 99.9%.
Relying on standardized and normalized operation processes, the warehouse can stably handle 150,000 orders per day. Each order takes no more than 2 hours from receiving, sorting, packaging to outbound. For scenarios with concentrated order surges such as e-commerce promotions and holiday peak seasons, it can quickly expand to a capacity of 600,000 orders per day. Through reasonable personnel allocation and full-load operation of equipment, it ensures that orders are not backlogged or delayed, greatly improving order fulfillment efficiency and supply chain stability, and providing strong support for customers to seize market opportunities.
At the same time, the warehouse is equipped with a professional inventory management team that works in 24-hour shifts to real-time monitor inventory dynamics, promptly warn of out-of-stock and expired products, assist customers in optimizing inventory structure, reduce inventory backlogs, and lower customer operating costs.
